The Hero’s Journey

Recovery is a journey of rediscovery, and our flagship program is here to guide you every step of the way. Over 7 weeks, you'll experience two impactful coaching sessions per week rooted in a 'Brain First' approach. This program focuses on five key principles to help you understand how the brain shapes your decision-making and ultimately your behaviour. Together, we’ll dive deep into what’s driving those challenging habits, decode the powerful messages they hold, and equip you with practical, tool-based strategies to take charge of your recovery and life. Understanding your values

Our values significantly shape our lives and experiences, yet far too few of us actively follow and embrace them. By working collaboratively together, you will have the opportunity to identify your core values, gain a deeper understanding of their true meaning, and ultimately learn how to live in alignment with them consistently.
