The Hero’s Journey
This is our signature 6-week program, designed to support deep, lasting change. Each week, you’ll take part in a 90-minute session tailored to your personal growth journey.
What makes this journey different? It’s entirely client-led.
That means we start with where you are, follow what matters most to you, and build a path that’s aligned every step of the way. You choose the focus, and we adapt our approach to meet your needs—not the other way around.
Using powerful tools like the Red/Green Line, values exploration, and other supportive techniques, we’ll help you gain clarity and direction in a way that’s both grounded and deeply empowering.
Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Through gentle inquiry and reflection—guided by the Brain First framework—you’ll uncover the roots of your challenging behaviours and begin to reclaim the power you may have forgotten was always yours.
We'll co-create a clear vision for where you want to go. My role is simply to guide and facilitate the process. At Pause Recovery, we believe you already hold the answers. This program is here to help you remember that truth.

Understanding your values
Our values significantly shape our lives and experiences, yet far too few of us actively follow and embrace them. By working collaboratively together, you will have the opportunity to identify your core values, gain a deeper understanding of their true meaning, and ultimately learn how to live in alignment with them consistently.

Not eating the right foods and not moving enough can impair our decision-making. We will create a plan together to ensure your body gets what it needs.

We all encounter known challenges, but the true reasons are often hidden. Until we overcome this barrier, our growth will be limited. True, lasting growth occurs beyond it. In a supportive and understanding environment, we can uncover these hidden layers.
Boundaries
Boundaries are essential for healthy relationships. They help you define what is acceptable for you and what is not. We’ll unlock what your boundaries are and how to effectively implement them.

You may have certain areas already pretty figured out and in that case we can skip.
Or, it may mean there are other areas of the journey such as Boundaries or tackling limiting beliefs that you’d like to focus on.
We can do that.
As a coach, it’s my job to adapt to your needs, not vice versa.
