Our Philosophy
We don’t believe that recovery should be viewed as a lifelong process. When sports stars get injured, or if you’ve had an injury like a broken arm or leg, you see a specialist who creates a recovery plan. You undergo rehab, wear a boot and a cast, and after some time, you do exercises to regain mobility. Eventually, the injured area can become even stronger.
This approach applies to challenging behaviours as well. You may need to manage it occasionally, but ultimately, you can continue with your life and get back to being the superhero you were born to be.
